Package Your Items

Place your Oodie back into its original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is unworn.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the front of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days of arrival.
